Your'e gone, but you will remain a hero

It
is true. He merits being the most celebrated man the world has ever had in its
history. And the reason is straight and simple: Love, peace and take risks on the behalf of others.
The
death of Nelson Mandela has been a shock, indeed, not only for South Africans, but the whole world. Some
have cried, others mourned. But one thing that should be on the bottom of our
hearts is of course to know that Mandela is gone, but his actions will keep on shining
along the world’s history.
The
world yesterday paid tribute to Nelson Mandela, a hero of freedom, legacy and a
true image of what a human being should be. This is to appreciate, indeed.
In his speech addressing the public at FNB stadium in Johannesburg, the US President reminded the world that it is time for the today's world to learn from the gone-icon as it will be the only way that will make the world enjoyable as its people wish it to be.
Mandela’s
life has been influential and inspiring to the whole world of different
generations and the same it will for the next generation. This is true and well.
Now for this time round, it is time the world starts thinking that this is not time
to only celebrate what the great hero has done, but also start thinking,
evaluating ourselves on how much people of today have reached by copying,
moving forward in the same feet as Mandela did.
Mandela’s
main objective was to build a country not built in racial roots and bringing
equal opportunities to the entire human community. But in today’s world how
many think and implement the same manifesto. Today’s
world has been very capitalist. People want to be always on the top of others
by using whichever means.
It
is unwise and unfair to say that people have been liberated from racial
segregation (Apartheid) that characterized the world in 50 years back, yet
there is still a deep gap between their ways of living. From this, economic and
better health unbalances that are still hitting the today’s world.

It
is time to now think that freedom goes beyond being freedom to express what
somebody thinks and start fighting for equal, economic and social change. And
the only way to do it is to respect, love every human being regardless to
colour, origin, sex and so on.
Now,
the ball remains in everyone’s hands.
